Support

Close Reach is made by a very small team. Mail gets read by the person who built the thing you are writing about.

  • Something is broken In the app: Profile, then Report a problem. It arrives with the build you are on, which is the part that makes it fixable. Or write to support@closereachapp.com.
  • Something is missing Profile, then Request a feature.
  • Deleting your account Profile, then Delete account. It deletes rather than hides, and there is no recovery, so it asks you to type the word first.
